Not at all! All our products come with free delivery and shipping. We deliver free of cost across all regions in Hong Kong. Our aim is to ensure a smooth customer experience, and therefore, there are no hidden fees at all. You pay the exact amount that is displayed at checkout, nothing less, nothing more.

Unfortunately, at present, we only deliver within the confines of Hong Kong only. We don’t deliver outside Hong Kong. Any order having an address which is not from Hong Kong is not processed, as we reject it straightaway. We request you to place an order, only if you’re residing in Hong Kong.

We take 3-4 business days to deliver your order to your provided address; from the date the order is confirmed. 2 business days are reserved for order processing, checking, and dispatch, which together form our shipping process. Post shipping, your order takes 1-2 more business days to get delivered within Hong Kong. Thus, a total of 3-4 business days is needed.

The order cancellation window is active for 2 business days, which is the timeline we need to ship your order. After these 2 business days, or after the order is shipped out for deliver and is with our delivery partner, you can’t cancel an order. You must make sure to connect with us, as soon as possible to get an order cancelled.

Generally, we provide a detailed size chart, where you can find the exact shoe size. However, if you still get a shoe that doesn’t fit, we offer a 30-day return policy. This also applied for shoes that may arrive defective or wrong shoes as well. We ensure complete customer satisfaction, and don’t want you to regret your purchase with us.

No, we don’t charge any return fees or restocking fees of any kind in Hong Kong. We bear all expenses and ensure that you are able to sit back and relax, while we make sure you’re not facing any issues at all. We facilitate a pickup of the item from your address and ensure that it is either replaced or a complete refund is provided.
